糖尿病周围神经病诊断和治疗共识 被引量：223

摘要 糖尿病周围神经病（diabetic peripheral neuropathy，DPN）是糖尿病的常见并发症，临床表现包括多种类型，其中以远端对称性多发性周围神经病（distal symmetric polyneuropathy，DSPN）和自主神经病最为常见。早期识别和治疗DPN，对于改善患者预后具有重要意义。
