小柴胡汤对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞释放肿瘤坏死因子的影响

The Effect of Alcohol Extract of Xiao Chai Hu Tang(XCHT) on LPS Induced Release of TNF from Mouse Peritoneal Macrophage in Vitro

为了解小柴胡汤 (XiaoChaiHuTang ,XCHT)抗肝损害的机理 ,用MTT法检测灌服小柴胡汤醇提物的血清对小鼠巨噬细胞释放肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)的影响。结果显示 :灌服小柴胡汤醇提物小鼠 180min ,2 40min血清对小鼠LPS激活的巨噬细胞产生TNF均有抑制作用 ,且这种抑制作用有一定的时效关系 ,随时间增长而逐渐增强 ,而抑制作用高峰在 2 40min。提示小柴胡汤抗肝损害可能与它调节巨噬细胞释放TNF有关。

In order to investigate the antihepatotoxic mechanism of alcohol extract of XCHT, the authors observed the effect of the serum containing the extract on LPS induced release of TNF from mouse peritoneal macrophage in vitro by using MTT techique. The results showed that the serum, taken from the mice treated with the alcohol extract inhibited the TNF release. It is suggested that antihepatotoxic effect of XCHT might be related to its regulatory efficacy involving TNF release from macrophages.
