mTOR信号通路在CD4^+T细胞分化中的作用 被引量:6

摘要 哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)是进化保守的PI3K激酶家族成员之一,在整合环境信号如氨基酸,能量和生长因子等方面具有重要的作用。T细胞分化与细胞代谢的调节有着紧密的联系,T细胞依靠mTOR信号整合免疫信号和代谢信号来维持合适的稳定和激活。CD4+T细胞在适应性免疫应答和免疫调节中发挥着重要作用。近年研究发现,mTOR信号与CD4+T细胞亚群分化有很大的关系。本文对mTOR信号调节CD4+T细胞分化的研究进展进行综述。
