孟鲁司特钠佐治肺炎支原体肺炎的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗肺炎支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法将68例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予抗支原体治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察临床症状体征消失时间,及随访后喘息复发率。结果治疗组有效率高于对照组;治疗后临床症状、体征消失时间及平均住院天数,治疗组均短于对照组;随访后喘息复发率治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论在常规治疗基础上加用孟鲁司特钠辅助治疗肺炎支原体肺炎,能有效减轻临床症状和体征,减少喘息复发率。 Objective To approach the therapeutic effect of Montelukast Sodium on mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods 68 cases of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,The patients of the control group were treated by antibiotics,The patients of the treatment group were treated by antibiotics and Montelukast Sodium. The treating time untill clinical symptoms and physical signs disappeared,and the recurrent rate of pursiness was compared. Results The utility rate of the Treatment group was higher than the control group.The treating time untill clinical symptoms and physical signs disappeared,and the average hospitalization days of the treatment group were shorter than the control group.The recurrent rate of pursiness of the treatment group was lower than the control group. Conclusion Montelukast Sodium had an auxiliary therapeautic effect on mycoplasmal pneumonia, which could effectively relieve clinical symptoms and physical signs,reduce the recurrent rate of pursiness.
