脑脊液细胞学检查在诊断中枢神经系统白血病中的应用

Application of cerebrospinal fluid cytological examination in diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia

目的研究中枢神经系统白血病应用脑脊液细胞学检查实施诊断的临床价值。方法在我院接受治疗80例脑脊液标本的临床资料,本组患者均应用细胞玻片离心法实施细胞学检查。结果 33例淋巴瘤患者中有1例检查结果为阳性,阳性份数为6,标本份数为57;29例急性淋巴细胞白血病患者中有3例检查结果为阳性,阳性份数为15,标本份数为102;18例急性髓细胞白血病患者中有2例检查结果为阳性,阳性份数为4,标本份数为35。结论中枢神经系统白血病患者应用脑脊液细胞学检查实施诊断具有良好的成效,这对于该病的临床诊治来说至关重要的作用与意义。

Objective To study the clinical value of applying cerebrospinal fluid cytological examination in the diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia. Methods Cerebrospinal fluid samples of 80 patients treated in our hospital were selected and all the patients used the cell slide centrifugation method as the cytological examination method. Results Of the 33 patients with lymphoma, 1 patient had positive examination results, and of the 57 samples, 6 samples were positive. Of the 29 patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia, 3 patients had positive examination results, and of the 102 samples, 15 samples were positive. Of the 18 patients with acute myelocytic leukemia, 2 patients had positive examination results, and of the 35 samples, 4 samples were positive. Conclusion The cerebrospinal fluid cytological examination shows good effect in the diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia, which is of important significance to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease.
