微创穿刺术治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的临床价值分析

Clinical value of microinvasive puncture in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive basal ganglia

目的研究分析微创穿刺术治疗高血压基底节区脑出血的临床价值。方法选取我院于2011年8月～2013年1月收治的78例高血压基底节区脑出血患者，将其随机划分为对照组和观察组，其中对照组38例患者接受传统开颅血肿清除术，观察组40例患者接受微创穿刺术治疗，对比两组患者术后1～3个月和术后3个月～2年死亡率、并发症。结果观察组实施微创治疗后，其死亡率低于对照组，两组患者对比有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组患者术后近期治疗优良率、远期治疗优良率优于对照组，对比有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组患者术后癫痫、肺部感染、颅内再出血等并发症发生低于对照组，两组患者术后并发症发生对比差异显著，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论采用微创穿刺术治疗高血压基底节区脑出血，对患者所造成的创伤小，可有效治疗患者病症，提高患者生命质量，值得在临床医学中推广使用。

Objective To study the clinical value of microinvasive puncture in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive basal ganglia. Methods 78 patients with the cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive basal ganglia treated in this hospital from August 2011 to January 2013 were randomly divided into the control group and observation group,where 38 cases in the control group received traditional craniotomy evacuation of hematoma and 40 cases in the observation group received microinvasive puncture.Their morality and complications within 1-3 months and 3 months-2 years after the operation were compared and analyzed. Results After receiving the microinvasive treatment, the morality of observation group was lower than the one of control group,with the statistical signifieance（P 〈 0.05）. Rates of good short-term treatment and good long-term treatment in the observation were better than ones in the control group,with the statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）;and complications of epilepsy, pulmonary infection and cerebral re-hemorrhage for patients in the observation group were lower than ones in the control group, with the statistical significance（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The microinvasive puncture in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage in hypertensive basal ganglia leads to small trauma to patients,which can effectively treat patients,enhance their life quality and thus is worthy to be popularized in the clinical practice.
