微型腹腔镜下双孔双线雪橇针辅助治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝

Application of modified Kirschner wire with two holes and two threads in micro-laparoscopic treatment of children's indirect inguinal hernia

目的探讨应用双孔双线雪橇针行腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的手术效果。方法回顾性分析我院2012年5月～2013年6月间施行的500例应用双孔双线雪橇针行腹腔镜高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的病例。结果所有手术均获成功，手术时间（15．5±3．6）min，术后住院4d，所有病例均获得随访，目前无复发病例。结论应用双孔双线雪橇针行腹腔镜治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝是一种安全、有效并且操作简单的方法，值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effects of the application of modified Kirschner wire with two holes and two threads in micro-laparoscopic treatment of children＇s indirect inguinal hernia. Methods From May 2012 to June 2013, the retrospective analysis of the purposes was produced on the 500 cases of children＇s indirect inguinal hernia treated with modified Kirschner wire with two holes and two threads under micro-laparoscopy. Results All of the cases were successful. The operation time was （15.5 ＋ 3.6） min, and the days in hospital after operation were 4.AI1 of the patients were followed up and recurrence did not occurred. Conclusion The use of modified Kirschner wire with two holes and two threads in micro-laparoscopic treatment of children＇s indirect inguinal hernia is a safe and effective procedure. Thereby, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
