摘要
战后,尤其是1980年代以来,在新技术革命和经济全球化的作用下,国际分工呈现出新的发展变化,并对商品的国际价值产生了重要的影响。因此,要把握好国际分工格局变化时机,争取价值链上的有利位置;利用国际价值规律的作用机制,优化出口产品结构;积极发展流通领域中的服务贸易,优化服务行业结构;加强区域经济合作,依靠地区优势提高国际竞争力。
The After-War Period,especially since 1980s,has witnessed new changes in international division of labor and exerted significant influence on international value with the new technology revolution and economic globalization. Therefore,we need to take the opportunity of new changes and strive for a favorable position in the value chain. We should optimize the structure of export commodities by employing the mechanism of international value law and the structure of service industry by promoting service trade in circulation field.We should also enhance the regional economic cooperation and increase the international competitiveness by making use of the regional advantages.
