为了探讨 PCR- SSCP方法最佳实验条件 ,笔者分析了影响 PCR- SSCP图像的因素 ,结果发现 :PCR产物的特异性、中性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶组成、电泳温度及显色系统等均影响 PCR- SSCP的结果。

To investigate the best conditions of polymerase chain reaction -single strand conformation polymorphism (PCR SSCP) technique, we analyzed a series of factors that might affect PCR SSCP results and found that the specificity of PCR products, constituents of polyacrilamide gel, temperature of electrophoresis and showing system were all important influential factors .
