摘要
对 6 8例经临床和病理证实的脊椎肿瘤的 CT图像分析 ,结果表明 :脊椎肿瘤在发生部位、骨质破坏程度、附件、椎间孔、椎管受侵犯及椎旁软组织肿块方面各具有特征性 ,仔细观察及分析有助于其诊断及鉴别诊断。
An image analysis was made of 68 cases of vertebral neoplasms proved clinically and histologically . With characteristic CT features found in the site , degree of demaged bone, involvement of postetrior vertebral struture, intervertebral foramen , spinal canal and paravertebral sofe tissue mass, a careful observation and analysis of these features will be of help to both toutine and differeatial diagnoses.
