摘要
新能源体系的建设和电子设备的飞速发展对储能器件提出了更高的要求.锂离子混合超级电容器是一种基于锂离子电池和超级电容器双重储能机制的储能器件,由于具备高的能量密度和功率密度,长寿命以及高安全性,有望应用于纯电动和混合动力汽车领域.针对如何提高能量密度和功率密度,本文简要概括了锂离子电池和超级电容器的特点和研究趋势,归纳了锂离子混合超级电容器的特点和3种典型的充放电机制,并根据不同的电极材料体系综述了近年来基于有机锂离子电解液的混合超级电容器的研究进展.
Nowadays, the rapid development of new energy system and equipments. Lithium ion hybrid supercapacitors, combining electronic devices drives an increasing demand for energy storage two different storage mechanisms of lithium-ion batteries and supercapacitors, have exhibited excellent properties such as high energy and power density, long cycling life and high safety. Due to these advantages, lithium ion hybrid supercapacitors have become a promising energy storage device for next generation of electric vehicles and hybrid electric vehicles. In this paper, we introduced respectively the characteristics and future study trend of lithium ion batteries and supercapacitors, and summarized the inherent characteristics of lithium ion hybrid supercapacitors and the corresponding three typical charge/discharge mechanisms. In addition, according to the different hybrid systems, we also summarized the research progress of non aqueous lithium ion hybrid supercapacitors in recent years.
