存亡之隙:明清之际的王时敏家族

Between Life and Death:Wang Shimin and His Family in the Period of Ming and Qing Dynasty Transition

明亡以后,在世家右族大量倾颓的社会现实之中,王时敏为承续祖、父所传家业,延续太原王氏的家族荣耀不遗余力,最终书写了家族历史的一段辉煌。把王时敏家族置于"明清之际"这一历史情境之中加以考察,一方面可使我们了解王时敏及其家族在易代之际的生存状态,另一方面,由此角度切入审视王时敏与历史环境、家族命运之间的互动关系,可更有效地深入到艺术史的细节与肌理之中。

After the collapsing of Ming dynasty, social reality revealed thatmany noble families were crumbling.Wang Shimin spared no effort to inherit his family business and eventually revived the glory of his family which has been known as the Wang's Family in Taiyuan. This thesis studies Wang's Family in the historical context of the transition period of Ming and Qing dynasty. On one hand, it enables us to comprehend howlifewas like for Wang and his family during the transition period.On the other hand, it aims at exploring details of art history deep into texture from Wang's individual life, historical context, and interaction between Wang and his family in a more effective manner.
