178例泛发性湿疹临床分析

Clinical analysis of 178 patients with generalized eczema

目的:回顾性分析178例泛发性湿疹患者的临床资料,寻找相关发病因素。结果:泛发性湿疹好发于中老年男性,既往过敏史者27%,伴发高血糖20.2%、高血脂65.2%、高血压40.4%、高尿酸1吼1%、冠心病50.6%及实验室指标异常(嗜酸粒细胞增高65.2%、血清IgE水平增高14.6%、低血钙者13.5%、高血磷16.9%、低血磷1.1%、转氨酶升高14.6%、脂蛋白a 15.7%、乳酸脱氢酶增高50.5%、碱性磷酸酶增高23.6%、总胆汁酸增高10.1%)。结论:泛发性湿疹易伴发引起代谢综合征的疾病。

Objective： To correlate risk factors to generalized eczema by analyzing clinical profiles in 178 patients. Results： Generalized eczema mainly occurred in the elderly （average age of 66.53± 16.53）. It was often with metabolic syndromes （ including hyperglycemia ： 20.2%, hyperlipidemia ： 65.2%, hypertension ： 40.4% and coronary disease： 50.6% ） and laboratory abnormalities. Conclusion： Patients with generalized ec- zema tends to suffer from more metabolic health problems.
