摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在糖尿病虹膜新生血管发生中的作用。方法收集糖尿病新生血管性青光眼虹膜组织25例,免疫组织化学染色,光镜观察。结果VEGF在新生血管性青光眼虹膜组织中的阳性率为100%,而在对照组中的阳性率为21. 05%, χ2=29.95,P>0.005 。VEGF主要表达于虹膜表面的新生血管内皮细胞中。结论糖尿病新生血管性青光眼虹膜组织中VEGF表达异常增高,虹膜表面的新生血管内皮细胞可以通过自分泌VEGF来刺激新生血管快速生长。 ObjectiveTo explore the effect of vascular endothelial growth f actor on iris angiogenesis by studying t he expression of VEGF in the iris of dia betic neovascular glaucoma.MethodsTwen ty five iris samples of neovascular glau coma from diabetic patients were studied by immunohistochemistry staining for th e expression of VEGF and observed by ult ramicroscope.ResultsThere was abnor mal secretion and expression in the iris of the neovascular glaucoma.The positiv e rate of neovascular glaucoma group was 100%,but that of the control group was only 21.05%( χ 2=29.95, P <0.005).VEGF was ma inly expressed by the neovascular endoth elial cell on the iris.ConclusionVEGF p lays an important role in iris angiogene sis.Neovascular endothelial cells on the iris could secrete and express adequate of VEGF to stimulate the angiogenisis and neovascular growth.
