合并心血管病的老年性白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入126例分析

Clinical analysis of extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation in 126 cases of senile cataracts with angiocardiopathy.

目的对126例合并心血管病的老年性白内障摘出及人工晶状体植入术进行回顾性分析。方法在心电监护下对伴有心血管病的老年性白内障126例140眼,行白内障囊外摘出98眼,白内障囊外摘出及人工晶状体植入42眼。结果术中血压升高、心律变化、心肌缺血28例,经处理好转。术后矫正视力≥0.5者87眼占62.1%,0.1～0.4者43眼占30.7%,<0.1者10眼占7.2%。结论合并心血管疾病的老年性白内障,术中应用心电监护能提高手术安全性。

ObjectiveTo review the resutls of extr acapsular cataract extraction(ECCE) and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in 1 26 cases of senile cataract with angioca rdiopathy.MethodsIn 126 cases(140 eyes) of senile cataract with angiocardiopath y, ECCE were performed in 98 eyes and ECCE+IOL implantation were perfomed in 42 eyes under the Control of electrocardiographic .ResultsDuring operation,such symptoms as elevation of blood press ure,myocardial ischemia and arrhythmia occurred in 28 patients,who got better by medication.Postoperat ive visual acuity acheived 0.5 or better in 87 eyes(62.1%),0.1～0.4 in 43 eyes(30.7% ),and 0.1 or less in 10 eyes(7.2%).Conclus ion To electrocardiographic monitoring along with in the operation is beneficial for surgery of senile cataraets with angiocardiopathy.
