Perspectives of hospital culture construction are overviewed: the abilities that are required in the 21st century hospilal culture may well involve the ability to think analytically, to problem - solve, and in general to use intellect, in addition to high levels in reading, writing, and medical profession; it will be increasingly important for health service professionals to increase their research of events taking place in other high Sci - Tech fields as well, for interdisciplinary relations and interactions; hospital culture programs and curricula will reflect this need, support possibilities and enterprising spirit; the cornerstones of the culture project will be a needs assessment that determines the needs, wishes, aspirations of the audience, the opportunity for interaction, evaluation, and a continuum of development; hospital culture contributes to what physician activities are needed to improve and perfect physician behaviour.
