科研课题中期管理的探讨与研究

Process Management of Research Projects

科研课题的中期管理是整个科研活动的重要组成部分。若使课题开展顺利并能达到预期目标,就必须抓好中期管理这个重要环节:(1)落实制度,加强管理;(2)加大监促力度,建立良性循环机制;(3)严格财务制度,实施有效管理;(4)深入临床一线,提高自身素质。

Research projects, their design and implementation, management, appraisal and application of achievements may be discussed with reference to: technological advances are rapidly increasing the variety and complexity of services that hospitals can provide; raised awareness, interest and research generate information that can be used to translate technologies into service programs, and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of various services; initial ideas in research of growing points of knowledge require assessment and experimental trials before flaws can be detected and modifications made ; scientific analysis of formulations, materials, data, drawings and sketches, designs, testing and test results; planned and rational use of scientific research funds, whether raised through financial allocation channels or from various donors.
