摘要
对牛乳蛋白质检测的影响因素进行了仿真研究。在对牛乳样品进行一些理论假设的前提下,通过仿真实验获取相关实验数据。利用Matlab软件进行多项式回归分析编程处理,分别建立了散射角-光强、波长-光强的二个影响因素的关系模型。对影响检测精度的散射角、光源波长和环境温度因素进行了研究分析,确定了提高蛋白质成分检测精度的最佳散射角、光源波长、环境温度等检测参数,提高了检测精度。
Simulation Research on the influence factors of milk protein detection are completed in this paper. So this paper obtains the relevant experimental data by the simulation results under the premise of a number of theoretical assumptions for the samples of milk. Programming dealing with polynomial regression analysis by use of the Matlab software set up the two factors model that the relationship between scattering angle-light intensity, wavelength - light intensity . Research and analysis the scattering angle, the light source wavelength and the ambient temperature factors that effect the accuracy of detection. Finalization of the best scattering angle, light source wavelength, the ambient temperature and other test parameters that improve measurement accuracy of detection.
