摘要
提出了一种精密超声波测温仪的设计方案。讨论了利用声速和空气温度的关系来测量区域内的平均气温,同时综合考虑了声速与空气湿度的关系,并对声速—温度的关系进行修正。实验结果表明测量分辨率达到了0.01℃。该设计应用市场广阔,尤其在气象(流动气体观测)、密闭装置温度测量领域。
A method of precise ultrasonic thermometer design is discussed in this article. It concerns the relationship between the speed of sound and air temperature to measure the average temperature in the area. It can measure the large radius. The experiment proved that the measurement accuracy can be increased to 0.01℃. The application of the design could be used widely, especially in meteorological (flowing gas observations) and the the obturator temperature measurement field.
