摘要
目的:探讨维生素C注射剂与二乙酞氨乙酸乙二胺注射剂配伍稳定性,以分析其配伍应用的临床合理性。方法:采用维生素C及二乙酞氨乙酸乙二胺配伍于5%GS,常温放置8h,间隔2h测定其pH值,同时测定含量变化。结果:配合样品溶液8h内,外观颜色无明显改变,无沉淀、气体及混浊物出现,且两组配合8h内含量变化未超过10%。结论:维生素C与二乙酞氨乙酸乙二胺配伍常温8h稳定,但应在4h内使用,以避免疗效降低。
Objective. To investigate the compatibility stabilility of vitamin with diethyl phthalein ammonia ethylenediamine acetate (DPAEA)and to analyze the compatibility rationality of clinical applica tion. Methods: Vitamin C and DPAEA was added in 5% GS at room temperature for 8 h, pH and content was measured every 2 h. Results: Within 8 h, no significant changes in color was observed no precipitati- on, gas ordregs were observed, and the content changes wasless than 10%. Conclusion.
