摘要
数学的特性和认识功能决定了数学不可避免地会对法律文化产生影响。数学对法律文化的影响分为三个历史时期。数学方法、数学观念、数学精神都对法律文化产生过重要影响。数学为法律科学提供了一套科学的知识体系 ,开辟了新的研究领域 。
The characteristic and the cognitive function of mathematics decide its unavoidable influence on legal culture. Mathematical influence on legal culture can be divided into three historical periods. Its method, ideology and spirit all have hadan important influence on legal culture. Mathematics has provided for law science a set of scientific knowledge system, opened a new research area, and promoted the increase of legal knowledge and the development of legal culture.
