摘要
目的:探讨高分辨率CT(high resolution CT,HRCT)联合1 8F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)PET/CT诊断肺结节良恶性病变的应用价值及必要性。方法:对经组织学或治疗随访结果证实的86例肺结节患者行全身1 8F-FDG PET/CT检查的同时,进行同机HRCT扫描,分析比较1 8F-FDG PET/CT检查结果和1 8F-FDG PET/CT结合HRCT的检查结果。结果:86例患者的诊断中,1 8F-FDG PET/CT检查对肺良恶性病变鉴别诊断的敏感性、特异性和总符合率分别为91.5%、70.4%和84.9%,而1 8F-FDG PET/CT显像结合HRCT诊断的敏感性、特异性和总符合率分别为96.5%、86.2%和93.0%。结论:1 8F-FDG PET/CT加扫HRCT对肺良恶性病变的鉴别诊断中具有一定的临床应用价值,可提高诊断准确率。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value and necessity of additional scanning of HRCT in 18F_FDG PET/CT for differentiating malignant from benign lung nodules. Methods: A total of 86 patients that were confirmed having lung nodules by pathological examination or follow up information underwent whole-body 18F-FDG PET/CT examination, and HRCT scan. Results of 18F-FDG PET/CT examination and l SF_FDG PET/CT combined with HRCT examination were compared and analyzed. Re- suits: Of the 86 cases, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of 18F-FDG PET/CT were 91.5%, 70.5% and 84.9G, while those of 18F-FDG PET/CT combined with HRCT were 96.5%, 86.2% and 93.0%, respectively. Conclusion. Additional scanning of HRCT combined with 18F-FDG PET/CT plays an impor- tant role in the differential diagnosis of pulmonary benign and malignant lesions, and can improve the diag- nostlc accuracy.
