摘要
针对薄壁深孔的难加工问题,介绍了简易固定式电解加工设备的制作和工艺方法。实践表明,该方法加工效率高,可严格控制孔的精度,能用于各种金属材质的无缝薄壁深孔零件的加工。
Fixed electrolytic processing device and processing methods of thin wall and deep hole machining are introduced. Practice has shown that the method not only can achieve high efficiency and control the precision of the hole, but also ean be used to process seamless parts with thin-wall and deep-hole.
