摘要
应用ADAMS软件建立了采用铝基粉锻连杆的某柴油机曲柄连杆机构动力学模型,进行了典型工况的机构运动仿真,得到了活塞运动以及连杆受力等参数的变化规律,为研究采用铝基粉锻连杆对系统性能的影响和对连杆进行优化设计提供了依据。
By using ADAMS software, a dynamics model of the crank and the powder forged aluminum matrix connecting rod mechanism of a diesel engine is built, and motion simulation of the mechanism is earried out under typical working conditions. The variations of the piston kinematic parameters and the forces exerted on the connecting rod in a working cycle are obtained. The results provide basis for investigating the effect of using the powder forged connecting rod on the system performance and optimizing the structure of the connecting rod.
