摘要
文中分析了二次配光透镜的设计思路。以一款多鳞片透镜为例,讲解了基于UG的透镜造型设计整个过程,包括自由曲面的多鳞片的输出、复眼面的设计、安装结构设计要点等,并总结了设计中常见问题和处理方法,对透镜的设计和其他工业产品设计都有很好的参考价值。
The design idea of the secondary light distribution lens is analyzed.Taking a Iens as example,the entire process of design lens is explained based on UG.Multiple scales and the output of the free-form surface,the design of compound eye.installation of structure design,are summarized,The analysis has very good reference value to lens design or 3Ddesign of other product.
