摘要
文中对整体制造方式和螺栓连接方式的两种某型导弹前舱振动夹具分别进行了数值模态分析与试验模态分析,得出整体制造夹具基频比螺接方式高出约28%,可通过增强连接刚度提高夹具一阶固有频率,振动试验验证了改进设计的夹具具有较好的适用性。
Two type of vibration fixture of a certain missile front-part,which were manufactured by overall manufacturing and bolt connection methods respectively,were analyzed wity experimental modal analysis and numerieal modal.It was inherent frequency of the fixture can be improved by inereasing connection stiffness.The vibration test proved that the improved design of the fixture is suitable.
