健脾化痰逐瘀方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病临床研究

Jianpi Huatan Zhuyu Prescription(健脾化痰逐瘀方)for Treatment of Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的观察健脾化痰逐瘀方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者118例,随机分为治疗组60例,予健脾化痰逐瘀方中药(茵陈、山楂、姜黄、桃仁等)治疗,2次/d,饭后口服;对照组58例,予强肝胶囊0.4 g/次,3次/d,口服,2组连续治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后肝功能、血脂、B超及中医症状积分改善情况。结果 2组治疗后TC、TG与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组中医症状积分改善优于对照组(P<0.01);B超肝脏影像学正常率治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾化痰逐瘀方对非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the effects of Jianpi Huatan Zhuyu Prescription on non alcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） .Methods 118 NAFLD patients were randomly assigned to be treated with Jianpi Huatan Zhuyu Prescription （60 cases） and Qianggan capsules （58 cases） for 3 months. Jianpi Huatan Zhuyu Prescription was given 100ml,bid, po and Qianggan capsules was given 3 tablets （0.4 g/tablet）, tid, po. Before and after treatment, liver function and serum lipids were determined in beth groups, as well as ultrasound were performed. Results The same pattern of TC and TG was found in both groups （ P 〈 0.05） as compared to those before treatment, but P 〉 0.05 between the 2 groups. Signs and symptoms defined by TCM had better improvement in theJianpi Huatan Zhuyu Prescription group than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, as well as the ultrasound imaging outcomes（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jianpi Huatan Zhuyu Prescription may be better for NAFLD patients.
