基于Intel Sandy-Bridge平台的视频SAN磁盘阵列的设计

摘要 简单介绍了视频网络存储服务器的基本要求和Intel Sandy-Bridge平台的特点,重点阐述了基于Intel SandyBridge平台设计视频网络服务器时,在时钟、PCI-Express端口分配、IME平台设计、电源设计的注意事项。IME平台设计注意到电源状态的分配和Flash中ME FW对于BIOS引导的重要性,电源设计注意到系统上电顺序和电源状态的SVID通信。该系统支持监控视频本地5屏轮巡,很好地满足了企业网络存储服务和显示的需求。 This paper simply explains the basic requirement of disk array and the features of Intel sandy-Bridge Platform.It emphasizes the design points of clock,configuration of PCI Express,IME Platform and power during design of SAN disk array Based on Intel Sandy-Bridge platform for video application.Concerning IME platform,the state of power is properly delivered and ME firmware is important for the introduction of system BIOS.System power sequencing and SVlD communication should be taken into account in Power aspect.The system supports 5 local displays of security video and can meet the requirements of display and storage in enterprise.
