摘要
在高频功率变换器设计时为了满足高效率和高功率密度的要求,需要分析和测量磁性元件的损耗特性。研究了高频磁芯损耗的量热法测量技术,通过测量被测件损耗导致的温升间接获得损耗。针对现有的量热法测量耗时、繁琐的问题采用PIC单片机设计了量热法自动测量装置。在此基础上,提出了分段定标的测试方法,该方法可以有效消除测量误差。
In this paper,calorimetry measurement technique for high-frequency core loss is researched indirectly by use of measuring the temperature rise caused by loss of the measured magnetic components.In order to solve the existing calorimetry measurement time-consuming and complicated problems,and designs the calorimetry automatic measurement device using PIC microcontroller.
