摘要
介绍了多元低合金奥-贝球铁的试验方法,采用正交试验对奥氏体化温度及时间、等温温度及时间参数进行优化,最后通过极差分析,确定最佳的热处理工艺参数为奥氏体化温度920℃、奥氏体化时间90 min、等温温度350℃、等温时间60min.对生产的8件冲头进行装机试验,最终试制的奥-贝球铁冲头平均使用寿命为4 275次,比未经过改进前的冲头使用寿命(仅为1 400~1 600次)提高将近2倍.
The test method of the austempered ductile iron containing low content of multiple alloys was introduced. By using orthogonal test method,the austempering temperature and holding time parameters,isothermal temperature and holding time parameters were optimized. And finally,by using extreme difference analysis,the best parameters of heat treatment was determined as the austempering temperature of 920 ℃ with holding time of 90 min;isothermally quenching temperature of 350 ℃ with holding time of 60 min. There were 8 pcs of produced dying heads having been put into the die casting machine for running test,and the result showed that the average working life of the finally trial-produced austempered ductile iron dying heads was of d 275 times of usages, that was almost three times of the working life of the unimproved dying heads (only 1 400-1 600 times of usages).
