摘要
介绍了高牌号ADI的性能特点及其影响因素。通过采用优质炉料及强化管理,优化熔炼工艺及熔炼控制,选择合理的化学成分和确保良好的铸态组织,提高铸型紧实度与冷却速度,采用合理的热处理工艺参数等措施,可以生产出高强度ADI铸件。
The properties characteristics and their influencing factors of high grade ADI were introduced. It was showed that it＇s possible to produce high quality ADI castings by using high quality melting charge and intensifying management, optimizing melting process and melting control, choosing rational chemical composition and ensuring good as-cast structure, increasing mold rigidity and mold cooling rate, adopting rational heat treating process parameters, etc.
