摘要 介绍了在同一台射芯机和同一套芯盒上分别使用4种冷芯用硅砂生产L3000系列气缸体的主体砂芯,经过浸涂、烘烤后放入铸型中进行浇注铸件试验,并采用合理的熔炼工艺,对生产的40件铸件的内腔的脉纹及烧结数量进行对比分析,最后根据所测得的数据得出,w(SiO2)量低、角形系数小的冷芯用硅砂生产的铸件内腔质量较好。 4 sorts of silica sands for cold-box process were used to make the main cores of L3000 series cylinder blocks by using the same core-making machine and the same core box. The above cores were coated and baked, and then put into the moulds to conduct casting pouring test. The veining and burning-on defects numbers on the inner surface of the 40 pcs produced cylinder blocks were inspected and compared. By the end, it was determined based on the inspection data that the casting produced by using the silica sand with low w(Si02) content and small angle-shape factor to prepare the cold-box sa- nd has the best inner surface quality.
