基于RST的高频雷达机动目标检测

摘要 结合时频分析和图像处理技术提出了一种新的变换——RST(Radon-S-method变换),并基于此变换提出了一种高频雷达机动目标检测算法.本算法先将时频图像经过边缘检测处理以减弱海杂波对目标信号的压制,采用角度和幅度双门限检测来抑制海杂波一阶峰和零频干扰以提高目标的检测概率.通过对实测数据进行算法性能测试,并与Radon-Wigner变换进行了对比,检测结果表明检测出来的目标速度和加速度的相对误差都在3%以内,证明了该算法可行、有效和实用. A novel and heuristic algorithm RST (Radon-S-method transform) and detection scheme were proposed based on time-frequency analysis and image processing. Edge detection was applied to a time-frequency image to weaken the shielding effect of sea clutter. Using the two-step masks and clustering technique, the sea clutter and zero frequency interference were suppressed, and the maneuvering targets were figured out in Radon domain. The performance of the detection scheme was tested with real sea clutter data, and then compared with the Radon-Wigner transform. The results show that the relative error of the target speed and acceleration is less than 3 %, demonstrating the feasibility, efficiency and practicality of the algorithm.
