摘要 以刚性支承转子为对象,分析了转子横向振动与轴向振动的关系,得出了不平衡转子的横向振动会引起轴向振动的结论,并将这种现象称为横向运动效应.计算出了转子横向运动效应产生的轴向力,提出了一种能够反映转子横向振动和轴向振动关系力学模型.将该力学模型应用于一般性转子,利用多体系统传递矩阵法得到了一般性转子轴向力的推导方法.单盘转子轴向振动实验结果表明:转子在旋转过程中会产生轴向简谐力,与理论计算结果相一致,验证了转子的横向运动效应,揭示了存在于转子动力学中的一种现象. The relationship between lateral and axial vibrations of a rotor was analyzed by a rigid supported rotor model. It is concluded that the axial vibration would be caused by the lateral vibration in an unbalanced rotor, this phenomenon is named as the rotor lateral motion effect. The axial force gen crated by the rotor lateral motion effect was calculated, and a mechanical model which could reflect the relationship between lateral and axial vibrations from the rotor was presented. This conclusion was used in normal rotor to calculate the axial force by transfer matrix method of multi-body system. The experimental results of single-disk rotor axial vibration show that the axial harmonic force will be produced during the rotation. These results are consistent with the theoretical calculation. Therefore, the experiment verifies the rotor lateral motion effect, and the phenomenon existed in rotor dynamics is revealed.
