摘要
采用气体分析法、化学分析法、扫描电镜、大样电解等方法,对20CrMnTi生产过程的中非金属夹杂物进行了研究。结果表明:LF炉渣黏度高时使得炉渣结壳,钢水易造成氧化,同时VD到中间包的过程钢液的二次氧化严重;精炼过程显微夹杂物主要为钙铝酸盐、硅铝酸盐复合夹杂及氧化产物,硫化物较少;大样电解结果显示连铸坯中大型夹杂物含有较多的TiO2和K2O,是钢液的二次氧化和卷入的结晶器保护渣所致;连铸坯中心弧线大型夹杂总量高,大型夹杂物平均总量为1.592mg/10kg。
Use the methods of gas analysis,chemical analysis,SEM,big sample-electrolysing,non-metallic inclusions in the production process of 20CrMnTi were studied.It was suggested that High viscosity of LF slag made crust,molten steel was easily oxidized at the beginning of LF.T [O] increased significantly from the VD to tundish at the same time.Metallographic observation showed that microinclusions were mainly calcium-aluminate,aluminosilicate,oxidation products and little sulfide.Sample electrolysis results showed that the large inclusions in continuous casting slab contain more TiO2 and K2O,which because ofreoxidation and involved mold powder.The quality of large-scale inclusions was higher in the center arc of continuous casting slab and the average total of large inclusions reached 1.592 mg/10kg.
