摘要
红外辐射多孔陶瓷融合了多孔陶瓷与红外辐射两类材料的优良性能,材料制备工艺简便,已成功应用于武钢硅钢总厂罩式炉与环形炉等大型炉窑设备,并在国内其他单位进行了推广应用,有效地改善了炉衬基体的性能,延长了炉衬寿命,炉体表面散热损失大幅减少,升温速度提高了15%。环形炉炉衬热面采用红外多孔陶瓷后,经热平衡测表明,热效率提高了5.64%,节能效果显著。
Infrared porous ceramic compromises excellent properties of porous ceramic material and infrared radiation material,and it's process is simple.Infrared porous ceramic has been successfully applied in the large furnaces of WISCO Silicon Steel Factory which include bell-type furnace and circular furnace,and promoted the application in the other domestic units.And effectively improve the performance of the furnace lining substrate,so that improves the thermal efficiency of the furnace,prolong the furnace lining life.And significantly save energy.
