介绍了网络空间的定义以及网络对高校图书馆的影响,比较了传统的高校图书馆信息服务、网络化的高校图书馆信息服务以及二者的特点,分析了高校图书馆网络信息服务的构建条件,提出了高校图书馆网络信息服务体系与创新。

This paper introduces the definition of the network space and the influence of the network on college library, expounds traditional college library＇ s information service, network-based college library＇ s information service and features contrast of both, analyzes the establishment conditions of college library＇s network-based information service, and puts forward college library＇ s network-based information service system and innovation.
