我国专利数据库建设质量探究

Probe into the Quality of the Construction of China's Patent Databases

随着科技创新的迅速发展,专利信息分析越来越受到关注。在对专利数据库进行比较分析的基础上,揭示了专利数据库存在的标引深度不足、著录信息不一致等问题,针对这些问题,提出了制定统一的标引规范、加强主题标引、提高标引人员素质、与国际权威数据库接轨、加强标引工作管理等关于专利数据库建设的建议。

With the rapid development of sci-tech innovation, the patent information analysis has received more and more attentions. Based on the comparative analysis on the patent databases, this paper reveals some problems existing in the patent databases such as the insufficient indexing depth, and inconsistent information description, etc., and in the light of these problems, puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the patent databases such as formulating unified indexing standard, strengthening the subject indexing, improving the quality of indexing personnel, integrating with international authoritative databases, and enforcing the management of indexing work, etc.
