摘要
从读者需求变化和事业发展的角度阐明了我国社会科学专业图书馆进行服务策略调整的必要性,有针对性地提出了构建图书馆联盟、践行信息服务先进理论研究成果、研究和探索社科信息服务新方式和新手段等相关对策与建议。
