老年人网络素养参差不齐,其适应网络社会的能力存在差异。在信息化社会,老年人要更有尊严、有质量地生存和生活,就必须不断提高网络素养。积极开展提高老年群体网络素养的公益服务、推进无障碍网络建设、保障老年群体平等享受社会发展成果的权益,是政府机构和公共图书馆等公益文化机构的共同责任。

Elderly people＇ s network literacy is uneven, their ability of adapting to the network society is different. In the information society, the elder people, who want to live？with？more dignity and higher quality, must continually improve their information literacy. Actively carrying out the public welfare services for improving the network literacy of elder group, promoting web accessibility construction, and ensuring elder group＇s rights of equally enjoying the social development achievements are the shared responsibilities of the government agencies, public libraries and other public cultural institutions.
