当前形势下就业竞争的激烈程度日趋严重,如何及时、准确地掌握有效的就业信息成为每个大学生的必修课。分析了大学生就业现状和就业困难的原因,阐述了大学生就业信息的主要内容,提出了搜集有效就业信息的方法,论述了收集就业信息的基本原则及主要途径,探讨了如何应用就业信息正确引导大学生就业的问题。

At present,the employment competition is more and more fierce day by day, and how to timely and accurately master the effective employment information has become a required course for each university student. This paper analyzes the present situation of university students＇ employment and the reasons of difficult employment, expounds the main contents of university students＇ employment information, puts forward some methods for collecting effective employment information, discusses the basic principles of and main channels for collecting employmernt information, and discusses the problem of how to use the employment information to correctly guide university students＇ employment.
