天然气气产量估算与孔板选取的实例分析

摘要 对纯气井或凝析气井可根据油嘴管汇的油嘴尺寸和上游压力对气产量进行估算,再根据估算值用气产量计算公式反推出孔板系数,选取合适的孔板并利用巴顿记录仪计算出天然气产量,其计算值应和估算值相近。本文介绍了在某次地面测试过程中,出现天然气气产量估算值与计算值相差过大等异常现象,对比估算公式与计算公式的异同,分析导致异常现象出现的原因,最终解决问题,得到正确的地面测试数据。 Gas flowrate of dry gaswell orgas condensate well can be estimated by using the choke size of choke manifold and upstream pressure.This estimated value can be used to derive the orifice coefficient based on the formula for calculating the gas flow rate,which is then used to select a proper orifice.The orifice is further used to calculate the gas flow rate by the aid of Barton meter.The newvalue should be comparable to the estimated value.This paper presents an abnormal phenomenon during one field test that the difference between the two values is very large.By comparing the two calculation formulas,the reasons leading to the abnormal phenomenon are discussed.On that basis,the problem is solved, and correct test data is achieved.
