摘要 针对潘一选煤厂高灰分、高泥化煤泥的特性,提出采用脱泥浮选工艺,由于传统小直径煤泥分级旋流器分级效果差,设计了一种新型浮选入料脱泥池,介绍了该脱泥池的结构、工作原理和特点;根据脱泥浮选试验结果,推导出了以上升水流平均速度为自变量的9个相关回归方程. Aiming at the special feature of Panyi Coal Preparation Plant, i. e. its coal slime being high-ash and highly degraded,a process of deslime-ilotation proposed;owing to the inferior performance of a small diameter classifying cyclone, a new desliming pond for flotation feed designed;introduced are its structure, working principle and special feature;based on ex periment results a regressive equation with 9 relevances derived in which the average velocity of upward current taken as the in dependent variable.
