摘要 通过两种不同的方式对Al-18%Si合金进行过热处理,探讨了凝固组织的变化。解释了过共晶铝硅合金中出现初生α相的原因。结果表明,感应炉过热处理对初生Si相的细化情况较电阻炉过热处理的好,但初生Si相的圆整性稍差,而且初生Si相的体积分数减少。 Through overheating treatment A1 - 18 % Si alloy by two heating methods, the changes of solidification structure of alloy were studied and the reasons of primaryctphase presenting in the hypereutectic A1 - Si alloy were explained. The results showed that the refinement effect of the primary Si phase heated by induction furnace was better than the resistance furnace, but the roundness of primary Si phase was slightly poor and its volume fraction de creased.
