摘要
为了提高复合材料层合板铺层的设计效率,构建了复合材料层合板铺层优化专家系统的框架结构和流程,研究了目标函数库、局部寻优算子库以及层合板铺层规则库的结构与组成,在此基础上开发了基于知识库的复合材料层合板铺层优化专家系统。该系统可根据用户的设计要求,选择相应的目标函数、材料、铺层规则和局部寻优算子等条件,然后对算法参数、受载以及层合板参数进行初始化,可推理优化得出相应层合板的铺层顺序。算例结果表明,该专家系统在复合材料层合板铺层优化上可以得到很好的应用。
In order to enhance the design efficiency of composite laminate, the framework of composite laminate stacking sequence optimization expert system was presented and the flow was proposed. The structure and composition of objective function library, local operator library and rule operator were studied. According to these statuses, based on the knowledge base, the composite laminate stacking sequence optimization expert system was developed. According to the re- quirements of design,users can select the object function, material, rule operator and local operator, and then the corre- sponding laminate stacking sequence is obtained when the algorithm parameters, loading and lamination parameters were initialized. Result of this study showed a good agreement with previous one.
