一种连续流电磁波污泥脱水试验装置的设计 被引量:2

摘要 根据污水处理厂污泥脱水工艺特点,设计了一种连续流电磁波污泥脱水试验装置,系统实现了连续进泥,可对装置的电磁波频率进行选择,通过试验确定了电磁波加载时间、加载功率和剩余污泥加载量等的调节范围。以武汉市龙王嘴污水处理厂的剩余污泥为例,对样机进行了性能测试,确定了试验装置的适用范围,验证了装置的可靠性。 A continuous flow experimental system was designed according to real sludge dewatering process in contemporary wastewater treatment plants with consideration on continuous inflow. There are more choices of the frequency of electromagnetic wave and sludge flow can be determined by need. After tests on the device, the average of loading time, loading power and inflow are determined. With this system, the performance study has been done to dewater the sludge in Longwangzui Wastewater Treatment Plant in Wuhan, and the propositional operation condition has been tested. Finally, the reliability of the system has been verified.
