新兴经济体引进外商直接投资潜力比较

A Comparative Study of Inward Foreign Direct Investment Potential of Emerging Economies

本文利用修正的引进外商直接投资潜力指数对"新兴经济体"的两个梯队——"金砖国家"和"新钻11国"进行了比较研究。结果表明新兴经济体特别是金砖国家近年来对外商直接投资的吸引潜力不断上升,引资结构趋于优化。同时,新兴经济体在基础设施、教育和科研投入等方面还普遍存有短板。最后,本文就新兴经济体进一步提升引资潜力给出了相关的政策建议。

This paper makes a comparative study between ＂BRICS countries＂ and the ＂Next-11＂ by using the modified FDI Potential Index. The results show that, in recent years, the emerging economies, especially the BRICS countries have a rising attract potential on the foreign direct investment, and the investment structure tends to be optimized. At the same time, emerging economies in the aspects of infrastructure, education and scientific research also have some defects. Finally, this paper gives some suggestions to further enhance the investment potential of emerging economies.
