腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗小儿复杂急性阑尾炎的临床疗效对比研究

Clinical comparative study on laparoscopic and open operation in treatment of children with complicated acute appendicitis

目的对比腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗小儿复杂急性阑尾炎的临床疗效。方法总结在该院治疗的小儿复杂急性阑尾炎患者58例资料,按照患者入院顺序随机分为2组,选用腹腔镜手术的30例患者为观察组,选用开腹手术治疗的28例患者为对照组,治疗后按照文章统计指标进行统计,最后统计学方法比较组间差异性。结果观察组患者平均手术时间为(39.8±8.5)min,术中平均出血量为(10.4±4.8)mL,治疗后患者肠功能恢复时间为(20.4±3.1)h,平均住院时间为(6.2±1.8)d,统计资料数据与对照组相比:平均手术时间与术中平均出血量等明显小于对照组(P<0.05),数据组间差异有显著性。结论腹腔镜手术治疗小儿复杂急性阑尾炎能具有手术创伤小且少见术后并发症等特点,具有满意的临床疗效。

[ Objective ] To compare laparoscopie and open operation in treatment of children with complicated acute appendicitis clinical curative effect. [ Method ] 58 cases of pediatric complicated acute appendicitis patients in our hospital received treatment method accordance with the order for grouping： laparoscopic operation for 30 pa- tients in observation group, open operation treatment for 28 patients as control group, groups difference was statisti- cally compared after treatment. [ Results ] In the treatment group, the average operation time was （39.8±8.5） minutes, the mean intraoperative bleeding was （10.4±4.8） mL, a mean time of food was （20.4±3.1） hours, the average hospi- talization time was （6.2±1.8） days, statistical data and comparison： average amount of bleeding and intraoperative was obviously less than that in control group （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusion ] Laparoscopic operation in treatment of chil- dren with complicated acute appendicitis has small operation wound, rare postoperative complications and satisfacto- ry clinical effect.
