摘要
目的探讨参与式培训方法在肿瘤患者及其照护者居家疼痛管理相关知识和技能培训中的作用。方法以2012年6~12月来我科化疗的50例肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据出院时间分为两组,前三个月出院患者作为对照组(n=25),对照组采用传统的健康教育模式;后三个月出院患者作为观察组(n=25),对观察组患者及其照护者进行参与式培训。两组的培训内容一致,培训1周后进行效果评价。结果参与式培训学习的肿瘤患者及其照护者对癌性疼痛护理措施掌握的熟练度、学习热情、满意度均较对照组有所提高(P〈0.05)。结论参与式培训在一定程度上有利于提高肿瘤患者及其照护者居家疼痛管理相关知识和技能。
Objective To explore the effect of participatory training on home-based pain management correlated knowledge and skills training for cancer survivors and their carers. Method Fifty cancer survivors were assigned to a control(n=25) or observation (n= 25) group according to their discharge dates form Jun. 2006 to Dec. 2012, the former adopted traditional training and the latter received participatory training. Training contents of the two groups were same and the duration of the training was three days. Result Cancer survivors in observation group showed higher proficiency, learning enthusiasm in cancer pain and were more satisfied with the training process(P〈0.05). Conclusion Participatory training is beneficial to improve cancer survivors and their carers home-based pain manage-ment capacity,
