摘要
针对飞机飞行自动控制系统在性能测试和故障定位时的实际需求,在对飞行自动控制系统的测试信号及测试原理进行分析的基础上,对综合测试平台需求的信号进行了深入分析,提出了单机件综合测试平台的总体设计方案和实现方法。
In allusion to a certain aircraft's Automatic Flight Control System (AFCS), the testing method and fault diagnose is re searched. The principles and the signal relationship between Automatic flight Control System and other systems are introduced briefly. The design method of the comprehensive testing platform for single units is proposed. The design scheme of the performance test and fault diagno sis system based on virtual instruments is presented and the realizing method is given, and with respect to the different specific problems, dif ferent solving methods are discussed. This work accomplished with virtual instruments technology has lots of advantages, and the new com prehensive testing instrument has great value on the aircraft maintenance.
